We are currently looking for dynamic, results-driven professionals to join our team as Manager Finance and Accounting. As Manager Finance, you will be responsible to manage periodic financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, invoicing and credit control, accounts payable, taxation, treasury, and insurance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish financial control frameworks and governance.
• Ensure smooth operations during transitions and support day-to-day financial management.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, support decision-making, and guide investment strategies.
• Conduct feasibility studies for evaluating business opportunities and financial viability.
• Oversee preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage invoicing to customers and exercise credit control
• Ensure accuracy in financial statements, budgets, variance analysis, and tracking progress.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Manage timely filing of tax returns, financial statements, and ensure internal control compliance.
• Lead annual budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts.
• Monitor and manage financial performance and resource allocation throughout the year.
• Oversee treasury functions, cash flow, liquidity planning, and investment strategies.
• Manage insurance policies for adequate coverage and risk mitigation.
• Review business documents and foster productive relationships with stakeholders.
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualification and requirements:

• Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience OR ACCA with a minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience
• Hands-on experience in Financial Modelling
• Hands-on experience in Corporate and Secretarial Practices and Compliances
• Sound knowledge of accounting and audit conventions/standards
• Hands-on experience with MS Office applications and ERP system, preferably Oracle
