Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Manager of Artificial Intelligence at CareCloud. The Manager will be responsible for utilizing AI to enhance clinical workflows, analyze data, implement machine learning technologies, and conduct data mining tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions for various healthcare-related use cases (e.g., predictive analytics, automation, clinical decision support).
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to ensure AI models are scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Identify opportunities for AI adoption and innovation across products and business processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI and bring innovative ideas to the organization.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools, frameworks, and platforms suited for enterprise-scale deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, NLP, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and big data tools.
• Experience in healthcare AI or familiarity with healthcare datasets and regulations is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of deploying AI solutions into production.
• Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with AI/ML toolsets.
• Experience integrating AI into SaaS products.
• Familiarity with EHR, medical billing, and clinical workflow automation.
