• Quality Control Leadership:
• Manage and oversee the QC department to ensure all goods meet client-approved drawings and specifications.
• Maintain and document evidence of all checks, tests, and quality control measures.
• ISO Audits and Compliance:
• Spearheaded ISO audits, including ISO 13485, ISO 9001:2022, ISO 22000, and SEDEX compliance.
• When required, conduct periodic internal audits, and develop Corrective and Preventive Action Plans (CAPA).
• Tool Proficiency:
• Utilized and maintained measuring tools and equipment such as Vernier calipers, profile projectors, tensile testers, CMM, and camera inspection systems.
• Training and Development:
• Conduct periodic in-house training sessions to enhance the technical capabilities of supervisory staff.
• Client Interaction:
• Maintain effective communication with both local and international clients to ensure satisfaction and address any quality-related concerns.

Qualification: Bachelors ME or Polymer Sciences.

Experience: 6-8 Years in Plastic Processing Industry
