Job Summary:

Enza Home Lahore is looking for a result-oriented and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead showroom operations, drive sales performance, and manage the customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing the sales team, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and delivering exceptional service aligned with the brand’s premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day retail operations of the Enza Home showroom in Lahore.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and showroom experience.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze sales trends, and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure proper product display and showroom aesthetics.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely stock availability.
  • Handle customer complaints and high-value client relationships professionally.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, operational policies, and customer care protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in retail sales management, preferably in premium furniture, lifestyle, or home décor brands.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer handling, sales closing, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and CRM tools.
  • Must be willing to work full-time onsite at the Enza Home Lahore showroom, including weekends and retail peak hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of furniture layouts, design aesthetics, and space planning.
  • Experience in handling high-end clientele and B2C sales.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
