What You Will Do?

Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements and policies.

• Responsible for ensuring 24/7 security of personnel, materials, and assets across all locations, including the management of all in-house and contracted security personnel.
• Enforce all regulations and conduct security checks as per security guidelines.
• Train security staff as per management directives; conduct regular security drills.
• Report incidents and suggest improvements to enhance security effectiveness.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and strategic security planning.
• Maintain all security-related documentation, including procedures, site plans, ID cards, and registers, with strict confidentiality.
• Ensure emergency lanes and proper routing.
• Oversee security patrolling across all locations, ensuring timely reporting and response to any suspicious activities.
• Oversee entry/exit documents for personnel and materials; maintain accurate records.
• Conduct intelligence tasks as required by senior management.
• Supervise CCTV monitoring and initiate timely response actions.
• Implement and maintain ISO 28000:2022 certification standards.
• Optimize guard deployment to prevent theft, pilferage, and trespassing.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and legal requirements while providing necessary guidance and support to security staff.
• Maintain liaison with law enforcement and government agencies.
• Uphold company values, ethics, and professional representation at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Graduate/Post-graduate with strong security management knowledge
• Retired Lt. Colonel or equivalent rank from Navy/Airforce or similar
• Should be well built & possess good physical attributes
• Should have good communication ability in English language
