Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting various campaigns and initiatives to promote our brand and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies, manage projects, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Your creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our marketing efforts and help us achieve our business objectives.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
Support the development of marketing collateral, such as product brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
Manage our digital marketing channels, including website updates, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms, to engage our target audience and drive traffic and conversions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for market expansion or product development.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities, coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, tracking key metrics and providing regular reports and insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Secures all possible needs of customers per area served to cover all customer needs when entering the stores.
Makes sure all possible varieties of all products exists with proper quoted pricing.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, managing budgets, and organizing marketing materials and assets.
Assists Line in the planning phase of the Merchandising activities.
Locates suppliers for product range expansions and negotiates deals with suppliers knowing demand and per capita income of areas being served to plan supply chain logistics with suppliers.
Agree with supplier on the barcode needed for proper inventory, pricing, control and electronic sale.
Processes progress reports to inform line of all activities & all happenings.
Submits reports on competition behavior.
Submits regular reports on sales activity with analysis and comparisons (YTD or others) with action plans for corrective actions to increase sales or meet expectations .
Makes sure the company and thereafter the department guidelines are being followed from an ethical and principle view point.
Meets with store controller seeking to serve the business in expansion of the product range, in pricing issues, in availability of products then submits report to Line with recommendation.
Complying with Health, Safety and Environment regulations and working practices of KDD and the State of Kuwait when carrying out duties.
Execute Line Management directives when required.

Required Qualification:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in business administrative or any relevant field.
  • Work Experience: 2 -5 years

Required Professional Skills:
Negotiation skills , presentation skills , communication skills , and well versed in MS office .
