Job Description

Position Summary


Note: Experience of running amazon 3p store or has experience of selling on Shein

The Marketing Coordinator will provide support to the team in product site execution, related correspondence, and monitor 3P Marketplace needs. This position will support the Strategic Partnership Team on daily account upkeep, seasonal product uploads, product detail page audits, and sales analysis. This role will work closely with 3P Marketplace retail team and collaborate internally with marketing, merchandising, and customer service if needed. Some administrative duties may be necessary including auditing Product Detail Pages, Product Copy, Brand Store Sequencing.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Data entry and updating/auditing of Product Detail Pages, Product Copy, Sizing Sequencing, auditing attributes, and Product Titles for 3P Marketplace
  • Resize and upload additional Product images as needed to support best in class product detail pages
  • Weekly coordinating with 3P marketplace retail team to execute audits, marketing, and any other product detail page updates
  • Upload and link reviews between DTC and 3P marketplaces
  • Responsible for maintaining Brand standards on 3P Marketplaces
  • Daily Auditing of PDP categorization and marketplace specific attributes
  • Accurately input and process within internal systems and perform regular data reviews and system updates
  • Act, without exception, within compliance of company standards, processes, and ethics policies
  • Day-to-day management includes on-site content improvements
  • Ensuring a best-in-class product detail experience
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties within the department as needed
  • Pull and upload testing reports


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a retail environment required.
  • Good understanding of merchandise and product offering.
  • Experience in managing & organizing product cycle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, not limited to PowerPoint and Excel (V-look up, pivot tables).
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation and communication skills.
  • Fast-paced administrative experience preferred with ability to work independently.
  • Excellent analytical and creative skills and strong initiative to learn about the industry and company.
  • Experience in establish effective relationships with professional colleagues and management personnel.
  • Precise attention to detail.
