Marketing Manager

Job Description
- To plan, develop, coordinate, and implement the FEC’s marketing & Sales plan in coordination with management and operations; Research the needs areas of consumers and competitors and translate that into an effective marketing plan.
- Setting sales and marketing KPIs to manage performance within the team and to reach departmental goals.
- Putting together a content marketing strategy for the company.
- Managing the company’s social media accounts and creating relevant, impactful, and engaging content.
- Responsible for the overall performance of Fun City's Social media accounts. Being able to run ad campaigns, test the effectiveness of digital content, review social media platform performances for improving content quality, and increase following.
- Responsible for influencer marketing and for creating collaborations with relevant celebrities, influencers, and bloggers suitable for the FEC industry.
- Oversee the development of company websites with the Team, develop and maintain the content on the website.
- Managing digital agencies, videographers, and photographers for the timely production of quality content, for social media, company website, award applications, and other institutional needs
- Be responsible for marketing, public relations, guest satisfaction, and Fun City Branding.
- Conduct effective competitive pricing studies.
- Monitor income for all areas of the center, analyze statistics, and make appropriate decisions. Analyze the profit effectiveness of the marketing program including promotions and deals for the centers. Analyze past marketing programs, and ensure the future strategy is enhanced.
- Working with Operations, for school trips, corporate initiatives and other opportunities for our industry.
- Devise and execute innovative brand activation strategies to enhance Fun City's presence and engagement within the local community.
- Develop experiential campaigns, events, and workshops that align with our brand identity and captivate our target audience, in coordination with local festivals, entertainment partners, Public events, Mall etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement on-site activities that drive footfall and customer interaction, including but not limited to celebrating various festivals in the center.
- Identify potential corporate partners and negotiate strategic collaborations to elevate Fun City's brand positioning and revenue streams.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring tailored marketing solutions and fostering strong relationships.
- Evaluate and optimize the success of corporate deals and partnerships to achieve mutual benefits.
- Generate regular reports that provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, highlighting key successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure marketing performance metrics, using these insights to refine strategies and enhance future campaigns.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management, demonstrating the impact of marketing initiatives on business growth.
- Produce weekly and month-end marketing reports. Responsible for the development and management of the center’s annual marketing plan.
- Responsible for providing annual marketing budget
- Revise and adjust marketing plans on a quarterly basis throughout the year according to changing business trends.
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing Management. Certifications/ Courses on Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience: At least 5 to 6 years’ experience. With at least 2 years as a departmental lead.
Skill Required:-
Technical: -
- Copywriting skills and the ability to design marketing documents are desirable.
- Very sound computer skills with full working knowledge of MS Office programs, and knowledge of software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, a Plus.
- Knowledge of latest tools such as Canva, Design Wizard, Easil, Stencil, etc. is desired.
- Understanding and knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing is required, along with strong inclination to stay up to date.
- Experience of managing a digital agency and other third-party consultants is required.
General: -

- Self-starter with excellent time and people management skills.
- Should possess good verbal and written business communication skills.
- Quick learner with an ability to understand marketing strategies, PR & business development.
- Ability to take initiative and think out of the box.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
