Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing a team, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and offline marketing, along with a proven ability to drive lead generation and analyze performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans with clear objectives, KPIs, and budgets. Regularly adapt strategies based on market trends and business performance.
  • Lead Generation & Campaign Execution: Drive both inbound and outbound marketing tactics, such as paid search, content marketing, and email campaigns to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Brand Management & Market Research: Maintain and enhance the brand’s presence across both digital and offline channels. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop and track performance metrics for marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, including both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in B2B/B2C marketing, particularly in real estate (if applicable).
  • Arabic speaker not a must
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Experience with content marketing, influencer partnerships, and brand positioning.

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
