About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can blend strategy with execution to drive our brand forward. This role requires a mix of hands-on marketing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure branding consistency, social media strategy, and website management—including an upcoming HubSpot website project.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, campaigns, and collateral.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize social media strategies to boost engagement and audience growth.
  • Oversee website updates, performance, and content, with a focus on an upcoming HubSpot website revamp.
  • Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Drive content creation for digital marketing, email campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Track performance metrics and leverage data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Work closely with internal teams, designers, and external partners to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, and digital strategy.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tools).
  • Knowledge of social media trends, SEO, and website best practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
