Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on elevating VIP customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and enhance the luxury brand's image across all marketing channels.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance, with actionable insights for improvement.
  • Innovate and curate exclusive, memorable VIP experiences to strengthen brand loyalty.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of high-end retail experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in marketing for high-end luxury brands.
  • Experience crafting and implementing VIP-centric marketing strategies.
  • Strong creative ability to design unique and premium VIP experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey a brand’s luxury ethos.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of luxury products and market dynamics.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Full-time position with flexibility for additional duties as required.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience is an advantage.
