The Aesthetic Doctor is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and performing non-surgical and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures to enhance appearance and skin health. The role focuses on delivering safe, natural-looking results using evidence-based techniques while ensuring full compliance with Ministry of Health regulations and clinical governance standards.</p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><br>
<ul><li>
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess aesthetic concerns, expectations, and medical history.<br>
</li><li>
Evaluate skin condition, facial anatomy, and body areas to determine appropriate treatment options.<br>
</li><li>
Develop customized treatment plans aligned with best medical practices and patient goals.<br>
</li><li>
Perform approved non-surgical and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures (Botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, thread lifts, PRP, mesotherapy, microneedling, chemical peels, laser and light-based therapies, non-invasive body contouring treatments).<br>
</li><li>
Provide pre- and post-procedure care instructions and ensure appropriate follow-up.<br>
</li><li>
Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to infection control and safety standards.<br>
</li><li>
Ensure compliance with the relevant Health Authority regulations and scope of practice.<br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Medicine from a recognized.<br>

Completion of a recognized and accredited Aesthetic Medicine Training Program<br>

<b>or</b> completion of training in Dermatology or Plastic Surgery with additional certification in Aesthetic Medicine.<br>

Recognized certifications may include programs accredited by institutions such as:<br>

British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM)<br>
</li><li>
American Board of Aesthetic Medicine (ABAM)<br>
</li><li>
American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM)<br>
</li><li>
Other Ministry of Health or Health Authority&ndash;approved training bodies<br>

Training must include both theoretical and hands-on clinical components.<br>

Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience in aesthetic medicine after completion of training.<br>
</li><li>
Valid and active medical license from the relevant Health Authority.<br>
</li><li>
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment, and patient safety standards.<br>

Excellent consultation and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.<br>
</li><li>
High level of professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail.<br>
</li><li>

The Head of Sales &amp; Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing long-term market leadership in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on expanding the company&rsquo;s footprint in large-scale, turnkey greenhouse and protected agriculture projects, positioning the organization as a strategic partner aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, food security, and sustainability objectives.<br>

Reporting to the CEO / Managing Director, this role combines market strategy, business development, commercial leadership, and senior stakeholder engagement to secure high-impact, flagship projects across the Kingdom.</div><p></p><p><b><br>
Job Responsibilities</b></p><br>
<ul><li>
Define and execute the Saudi Arabia go-to-market and growth strategy, with clear targets for revenue, margins, and market share.<br>
</li><li>
Identify and develop opportunities linked to Vision 2030 programs, MEWA initiatives, food security projects, agri-investments, and giga-projects.<br>
</li><li>
Lead end-to-end business development and sales activities for large and complex projects, including opportunity origination, technical coordination, commercial proposals, tendering, negotiations, and handover to execution teams.<br>
</li><li>
Own pricing, margin, and risk strategies, ensuring commercial discipline and competitiveness within the Saudi market.<br>
</li><li>
Secure and scale flagship (lighthouse) projects that establish long-term presence and strong market references in KSA.<br>
</li><li>
Build and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including government and semi-government entities, EPC contractors, agronomy consultants, investors, and large agri-industrial groups.<br>
</li><li>
Develop and manage a strong local partner ecosystem to meet Saudization, local-content, and regulatory requirements.<br>
</li><li>
Act as executive sponsor for key Saudi accounts, positioning the company as a long-term strategic partner rather than a transactional supplier.<br>
</li><li>
Build, lead, and develop a Saudi-focused sales organization, including hiring and mentoring local talent.<br>
</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure optimized solutions, effective risk management, strong cash-flow control, and market visibility.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>
8&ndash;12+ years of experience in B2B project sales or business development within greenhouses / controlled environment agriculture (CEA), agri-engineering, EPC, infrastructure, or capital equipment sectors.<br>
</li><li>
Proven track record of closing large, complex, or government-linked projects in Saudi Arabia.<br>
</li><li>
Strong understanding of Saudi procurement processes, tendering, contract negotiations, LC structures, bonds, and milestone-based contracts.<br>
</li><li>
Established network within the Saudi agriculture, food, infrastructure, or investment ecosystem.<br>
</li><li>
Strategic, relationship-driven leader with strong commercial acumen and pricing discipline.<br>
</li><li>
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Business, or a related field.<br>
</li><li>
