<div><p>The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. It requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.</p><p><b><br>
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><br>
<ul><li>
Assist with research, and presentations as requested by the CEO.<br>
</li><li>
Participate in innovative projects and take initiatives in suggesting new ideas based on need.<br>
</li><li>
Help manage the CEO's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.<br>
</li><li>
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and handling requests or inquiries.<br>
</li><li>
Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and other documents on behalf of the CEO when needed.<br>
</li><li>
Ensure timely communication and follow-up on behalf of the CEO, keeping them informed of relevant information or updates.<br>
</li><li>
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Requirements</b></h3><br>
<p></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or a related field.<br>
</li><li>
5+ years of proven experience in a similar administrative and/or analytical role.<br>
</li><li>
Excellent organizational and time management skills.<br>
</li><li>
Fluency in Arabic and English.<br>
</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.<br>
</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.<br>
</li><li>
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.<br>
</li><li>
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.<br>
</li><li>
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.</li></ul></div><div></div>
