POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Aesthetic & Cosmetic Sales Specialist to join our growing team in the UAE. This mid-level role is ideal for a candidate with hands-on experience in the aesthetics or medical beauty space — someone who understands both the clinical environment and the commercial drivers of the industry. You will be responsible for growing revenue across a defined territory by building strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, plastic surgery practices, and medical spas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts including aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, medi-spas, and plastic surgery practices
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and referral networks
- Present and demonstrate aesthetic products (injectables, devices, skincare, energy-based systems, or fillers) to physicians, nurses, and clinic owners
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals and negotiate contracts within company guidelines
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and post-sale follow-up
Account Management & Client Relations
- Build long-term, consultative relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and clinic decision-makers
- Conduct regular in-clinic visits, follow-ups, and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Resolve client issues, complaints, and product queries in a timely and professional manner
- Train clinic staff and practitioners on product protocols, usage techniques, and best practices
Product & Market Knowledge
- Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of the company's aesthetic and cosmetic product portfolio
- Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, new treatment modalities, and emerging technologies in medical aesthetics
- Participate in and represent the company at aesthetic congresses, trade shows, and KOL events (e.g., AMWC, Beautyworld, local dermatology conferences)
- Provide the marketing team with field intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses to management
- Manage sample inventory, demo equipment, and promotional materials effectively
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Ministry of Health (MoHAP/DHA/HAAD) regulations and company SOPs
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline — required
- Certification or training in aesthetics, medical beauty, or dermatology — a strong advantage
Experience
- 3–6 years of sales experience in the aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical device industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the UAE or GCC market
- Experience selling any of the following: dermal fillers, botulinum toxin, laser/energy-based devices, mesotherapy, skincare professional lines, or body contouring equipment
- Established network of aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, or plastic surgeons in the UAE — a significant advantage
- Experience working with international aesthetic brands or distributors (e.g., Allergan, Galderma, Sinclair, Lumenis, Cynosure, Merz, or similar) is preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with HCPs and clinic owners
- Strong product demonstration and clinical detailing ability
- Commercially minded with solid negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Professional presentation and high personal grooming standards consistent with the industry
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and MS Office
- Valid UAE driving license — required
