The Role — Sales Manager Dubai · Full-time · On-site
You sell a product that genuinely changes businesses. As a Sales Manager at NETSHAKE, you're not pushing a commodity — you're opening doors for e-commerce brands to a platform, a process, and a partnership that transforms their results. Your pipeline is your business. You own it.
Your Responsibilities
- Acquiring new clients via email and phone — proactive, structured, relentless.
- Running needs analyses and advising clients on their growth goals.
- Leading sales calls and following up on every single conversation.
- Maintaining CRM data with precision — clean pipeline, clean documentation, always.
- Preparing proposals and quotations that close.
- Continuously improving your own processes and the service offering for clients.
What You Bring
- You master professional sales techniques and know how to guide prospects to a confident close.
- Ownership and independence are your default — not a stretch. You keep processes smooth and transparent.
- You are results-driven. Challenges fuel you. Goals are non-negotiable.
- You are passionate about sales and have initial experience in e-commerce (ideally Shopify).
- You are hungry to continuously sharpen your skills and grow your knowledge.
- Native-level German, written and spoken. (Required for client-facing work.)
