About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Networking, CCTV, and Smart Home Solutions sector. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, an established customer network within the UAE market, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
This role is ideal for professionals who understand the local IT and security solutions market, particularly within the trading and distribution sectors, and can identify opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and generate sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand sales opportunities for Networking, CCTV, and Smart Home solutions across the UAE.
- Identify, approach, and convert new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Promote and sell networking products, security systems, and smart home technologies to resellers, system integrators, contractors, and end users.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the Networking, CCTV, Security, or Smart Home industry.
- Strong knowledge of Networking products, including Routers, Switches, and related infrastructure solutions.
- Hands-on understanding of CCTV and security surveillance systems.
- Familiarity with leading networking, security, and smart home brands.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market, with particular knowledge of the Deira trading and distribution segment considered an advantage.
- Established network of customers, partners, resellers, or system integrators within the industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Technical understanding of IP networking, structured cabling, surveillance systems, and smart automation solutions.
- Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or project-based sales environments.
- Strong market development and business acquisition capabilities.
