This role will be responsible for end-to-end product management, including vendor coordination, inventory management, sales and profitability analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth and ensure profitability.Key Responsibilities:Vendor Management:<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal product availability and business terms.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors on product roadmap, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.</li></ul>Purchase &amp; Inventory Management:<ul><li>Monitor and maintain optimum inventory levels across all business verticals (SI, IR, OR).</li><li>Coordinate with the logistics team for timely shipment collection, delivery, and stock movement.</li><li>Raise internal stock transfer and reservation requests for respective sales managers.</li></ul>Sales, Profitability &amp; Data Analysis:<ul><li>Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for revenue growth and profit optimization.</li><li>Track product-wise profitability and ensure alignment with company targets.</li><li>Manage pricing, discount structures, and product positioning based on market analysis and vendor guidelines.</li><li>Support sales teams with product knowledge, demos, and marketing initiatives to enhance revenue.</li></ul>Operational Coordination:<ul><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics, to ensure smooth product operations and alignment with company goals.</li><li>Process price approvals and product offers in the system as per product manager and vendor confirmations.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and vendors.</li></ul>Requirements and Skills:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Telecommunications, Computer Communication, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in IT Distribution or related industry.</li><li>Proven track record of driving sales and profitability targets.</li></ul>Skills: <ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering results.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work across multiple departments.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple products and priorities effectively.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED8,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What's your notice period with the current employer?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Product Coordination/ Analyst: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>Data Analysis: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and expand our relationships with power retail partners such as Sharaf DG, Emax, Virgin Carrefour, etc. This role involves overseeing the full sales cycle, building strategic partnerships, and driving profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.Business Development:<ul><li>Build and nurture strong business relationships with key power retail accounts.</li><li>Identify untapped potential and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.</li></ul>Sales Management:<ul><li>Manage the complete sales cycle, including negotiating listing fees, driving sales, and payment collection.</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and profitability goals.</li></ul>Market Analysis:<ul><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities, including pricing, products, and merchandising strategies.</li><li>Conduct strategic analyses to identify growth opportunities and improve market penetration.</li></ul>Account Management:<ul><li>Drive incremental sales, profitability, and optimal product mix for specific accounts.</li><li>Maintain clear communication and a proactive relationship with retail partners.</li><li>Address and resolve account-related issues, including credit and payment follow-ups.</li></ul>Brand and Product Awareness:<ul><li>Enhance brand equity by educating retail partners and their teams about product offerings and promotions.</li><li>Support marketing initiatives such as promotions, exhibitions, and PR campaigns to drive awareness and interest.</li></ul>Strategic Collaboration:<ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Credit, and Marketing) to ensure seamless operations and business growth.</li><li>Participate in planning and executing promotional activities to align with sales strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience in managing key accounts, preferably in the IT industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of the retail market and consumer electronics/products.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.</li><li>Proficient in sales forecasting and strategic planning.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED8,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your notice period with your current employer?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>handling Power Retail accounts: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>IT Industry: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>
