Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Power Data Analyst with Power BI Skills to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization, and hands-on experience with Power BI, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.</li><li>Gather requirements from business teams and translate them into effective data models and visualizations.</li><li>Connect, import, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (databases, ERP systems, Excel, etc.).</li><li>Create and optimize DAX queries and measures for accurate reporting.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports and dashboards.</li><li>Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business improvement.</li><li>Automate reporting processes and develop self-service BI solutions for end-users.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Sales, HR, etc.) to deliver data-driven insights.</li><li>Stay updated on best practices, new features, and emerging trends in Power BI and data analytics.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>Certification in Power BI is mandatory.</li><li>Proven experience as a Data Analyst or BI Specialist with strong focus on Power BI.</li><li>Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).</li><li>Experience with data integration and ETL processes is an advantage.</li><li>Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Minimum 5-8 Yrs of experience is required.</li><li>Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure Data Services.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Data Analyst: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>power BI Certification from Microsoft (Required)</li></ul>
