Job Description

Creative and Beyond Interior Design LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and drive revenue growth in the Interior Design, Fit-Out, and Hospitality sectors across the UAE.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the UAE market, strong industry connections, and the ability to secure high-value projects while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Interior Design, Fit-Out, and Hospitality sectors.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, hotel operators, and developers.
• Source and manage commercial, residential, retail, F&B, and hospitality fit-out projects.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Prepare project proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with the estimation team.
• Lead contract negotiations and successfully close sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of proven UAE experience in sales/business development within the Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Hospitality industry.
• Strong network of clients, consultants, developers, architects, and contractors in the UAE.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out projects, commercial contracts, and tendering processes.
