Senior Sales Consultant

Job Title: Senior Real Estate Sales Agent
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Real Estate Sales Agent to lead property sales activities, manage high-value clients, and support junior agents in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and a proven track record in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage high-quality leads for property sales and leasing
  • Handle end-to-end sales process from inquiry to deal closure
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and client consultations
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, property owners, developers, and corporate clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Guide and mentor junior sales agents when required
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate laws, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Real estate sales experience in Dubai
  • Proven track record of successful property transactions
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and client management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or other languages is a plus)
  • RERA certification preferred
  • UAE Driving License and own car preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai property market and developers
