Job Title: Senior Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Real Estate Sales Agent to lead property sales activities, manage high-value clients, and support junior agents in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and a proven track record in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage high-quality leads for property sales and leasing
- Handle end-to-end sales process from inquiry to deal closure
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and client consultations
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, property owners, developers, and corporate clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Guide and mentor junior sales agents when required
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate laws, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Real estate sales experience in Dubai
- Proven track record of successful property transactions
- Strong negotiation, closing, and client management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or other languages is a plus)
- RERA certification preferred
- UAE Driving License and own car preferred
- Strong knowledge of Dubai property market and developers
