Job TitleReal Estate Sales Team LeaderLocationDubai, UAEJob SummaryThe Real Estate Sales Team Leader manages and motivates a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets, generate listings, and close property transactions in Dubai&rsquo;s real estate market while ensuring compliance with regulations from the Dubai Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead, train, and supervise a team of real estate agents.</li><li>Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs.</li><li>Support agents in negotiations and closing property deals.</li><li>Generate new listings and build relationships with clients and developers.</li><li>Monitor market trends and advise clients on property investments.</li><li>Ensure all transactions follow RERA and company guidelines.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.</li><li>Previous team leadership experience.</li><li>Valid RERA broker card.</li><li>Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of Dubai property market (off-plan and secondary).</li></ul>CompensationBasic salary + commission + performance incentives.Job Type: Full-time
