Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing excellent customer service and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, calls, referrals, and marketing channels
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential/commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
• Negotiate deals and close property transactions
• Maintain updated property listings and CRM database
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous sales or real estate experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• Fluent in English (Hindi and Urdu languages are a plus)
• Self-motivated, presentable, and target-oriented
• UAE Driving License is preferred
• RERA certification is an advantage
