Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and multilingual Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be fluent in one of the following languages: Turkish, Chinese, Italian, German, or Portuguese, and will specialize in assisting international clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and investors.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Negotiate property deals and ensure successful closings.
• Stay updated with UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Fluency in one of the following languages is mandatory: Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Italian, German, or Portuguese.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• RERA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
