We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the company’s growth.
The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with a proven track record in the UAE interior design and fit-out industry and the ability to generate and convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the interior design and fit-out sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, real estate agencies, brokers, architects, consultants, property owners, and investors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to promote the company’s services.
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and commercial offers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through project award.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking functions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the Interior Design, Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Architecture, or Real Estate sectors.
- Strong understanding of the UAE interior design and fit-out market.
- Established network and professional relationships with:
- Property Developers
- Real Estate Agencies and Brokers
- Architects and Consultants
- Property Owners and Investors
- Proven track record of generating leads, securing meetings, and converting opportunities into awarded projects.
- Experience in luxury interior design, high-end fit-out, or premium residential projects is highly preferred.
- Arabic speaker preferred; fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet sales targets.
- Professional appearance and strong commercial awareness.
- Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or Business Development are an advantage.
