We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Business Development Associate to drive business growth, build lasting client relationships, and expand our presence in the interior design and fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Meet with clients to understand their interior design, fit-out, and renovation requirements.
• Present and promote 321 Interiors' services with confidence and professionalism.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations in collaboration with the design team.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, property developers, and corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to the company's growth strategy.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior design, fit-out, construction, furniture, or real estate.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
