Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, smart, and energetic Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our team at our office located inside a well-known mall in Al Barsha, Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience/ deep knowledge in service-based industries such as:

• Translation Services
• Notary Services
• Business Formation Services
• Visa Services
• Attestation Services

The candidate should possess excellent sales and customer handling skills, with the ability to approach clients confidently, understand their requirements, and successfully close deals.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities through inside and outdoor visits, networking, social media, and other marketing channels
• Attend walk-in clients and convert inquiries into successful business deals
• Promote company services professionally and effectively
• Develop and implement updated business development strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service
• Prepare sales reports and regularly update management on progress

Requirements

• Male candidate only
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Arabic known is adventage
• Proven experience in translation, notary, business setup, visa processing, attestation, or related service sectors
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Well-groomed, disciplined, and professional appearance
• Young, energetic, confident, and target-oriented
• Good knowledge of social media and business development methods
• Ability to handle customers professionally in a mall environment
