Business Development Manager / Executive

【*Position Summary】*We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Business Development professional to help expand our channel network, build sustainable lead sources, and create a strong front-end pipeline for our customer service and sales teams.This role is not designed as a traditional direct-closing sales position. Instead, its core purpose is to identify and develop high-value channel partners, generate qualified leads, establish strategic market presence, and create scalable business opportunities for the company’s downstream teams to convert.The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our partnership ecosystem, increasing market reach, and building a high-quality opportunity pool that supports long-term business growth.The value of this role lies in building the company’s front-end commercial engine. The right candidate will not simply “sell”; they will create access, open doors, establish trust pathways, and generate the right opportunities for the rest of the organization to convert and scale.

Job Responsibilities1. Strategic Market Expansion & Business Development

  • Expand the company’s market presence by identifying, evaluating, and strategically penetrating new geographic markets or customer segments.
  • Identify, approach, and develop high-value strategic channel partners, including but not limited to accountants, lawyers, immigration consultants, wealth management professionals, overseas property-related partners, and other adjacent professional networks aligned with the company’s services.
  • Support the company in building scalable, long-term lead-generation and referral mechanisms. Build and maintain deep relationships with referral-capable partners, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and ecosystem connectors to ensure a continuous inflow of relevant prospects into the company’s pipeline.
  • Strengthen the company’s visibility and relevance in target markets by building a robust partnership footprint that positions the company as the natural, top-of-mind choice when relevant customer needs arise.

2. Partnership & Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, dealers, and strategic channel partners to ensure excellent customer service, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
  • Evaluate different partner profiles and determine the appropriate follow-up path, internal handoff model, and collaboration approach to maximize downstream conversion efficiency.
  • Collect market intelligence, partner feedback, competitor signals, and business development insights, and translate them into actionable internal recommendations.

3. Performance Monitoring & Market Intelligence

  • Track, analyze, and optimize critical sales metrics and KPIs to ensure the consistent achievement of company revenue and profitability goals.

【*What This Role Is Not】*This is not primarily a direct closing role. Final conversion, closing, and revenue realization may involve customer service, sales, or senior internal stakeholders depending on the type of partner or opportunity. Success in this role is therefore measured less by short-term closed deals alone and more by the quality, volume, and strategic value of channels and leads created.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Channel Development, B2B Sales, Alliance Management, or related commercial functions.
  • Strong capability in outbound relationship building, partner acquisition, and long-cycle business development.
  • Ability to assess partner quality, ecosystem fit, and commercial potential with sound business judgment.
  • Experience in lead sourcing, partner pipeline management, stakeholder coordination, and structured reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage external partners and coordinate effectively across internal teams.
  • Experience in professional services, cross-border business, immigration, company formation, overseas property, financial services, or high-net-worth client ecosystems is highly preferred.
  • English proficiency for business communication is a strong advantage.

  • Understands that high-value partnerships often require time, trust, and thoughtful cultivation rather than aggressive short-term selling.
  • Able to work within a performance framework focused on channel creation, lead quality, and partnership progress rather than direct closing alone.
  • Comfortable operating in a low-frequency, high-value, long-decision-cycle business environment.
  • Possesses the maturity to know when to continue pushing an opportunity independently and when to involve internal specialists, sales, or senior stakeholders.

【Compensation & Benefits】

  • Remuneration: Basic salary 8000AED + KPI Performance Bonus
  • Work Location: Remote work
  • Reporting Line: Sales Manager
