You will be the &quot;engine room&quot; of the office, ensuring that all paperwork is flawless and that the administrative hurdles of company setup and bank account opening are cleared efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and review all necessary documentation for company incorporation, MOAs, and board resolutions.</li><li>Assist clients in gathering KYC documents, filling out bank application forms, and coordinating meetings with bank relationship managers.</li><li>Maintain an updated log of all ongoing applications and proactively follow up on pending approvals.</li><li>Coordinate with the PRO team to ensure all visa and licensing documents are submitted correctly.</li><li>Provide clear, professional updates to clients regarding their administrative progress.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of professional work experience within Dubai.
