WebCastle Technologies is a Dubai-based IT software and digital solutions company serving clients across the UAE. We help businesses grow through custom software, web, and digital transformation solutions, and we're expanding our sales team to support that growth.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales of our IT software and digital service offerings. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and deal closure — while building long-term relationships with clients across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the client base
• Drive B2B sales for IT software solutions and digital services
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in IT Software Sales or Business Development
• Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience managing the full sales cycle and client relationships
• UAE market experience preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
