The candidate will promote and sell a range of digital services, including Website Development &amp; Design, Mobile Application Development, E-commerce Solutions, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads (AdWords).The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for digital technologies and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, referrals, social media platforms, and field visits.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.</li><li>Actively promote company services and solutions to potential customers.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.</li><li>Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions.</li><li>Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs.</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and after-sales support.</li><li>Handle customer objections, complaints, and negotiations professionally.</li><li>Collect feedback from clients and share insights with internal teams.</li></ul>Negotiation &amp; Closing<ul><li>Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements.</li><li>Close deals efficiently while ensuring company profitability and client satisfaction.</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in CRM systems.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.</li><li>Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights to management.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Representation<ul><li>Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and conferences to promote company services.</li><li>Support marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.</li><li>Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities</li><li>Persuasive and consultative sales approach</li><li>Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven mindset</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and within a team</li><li>Problem-solving and customer-focused attitude</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven experience (minimum 3&ndash;6 years) in IT services sales, digital marketing sales, Cloud Sales or B2B sales</li><li>Excellent command of English (spoken and written)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM tools is an advantage</li><li>Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, web development processes, and mobile app technologies is preferred</li></ul>Performance Metrics (KPIs)What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary + attractive commission structure</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Career growth and professional development opportunities</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
