We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the recruitment and staffing industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s recruitment services portfolio across various industries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 1-2 years of business development or sales experience in recruitment/staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.
- Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and market research.
- Meet prospective clients to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
- Pitch recruitment, executive search, outsourcing, and staffing solutions to clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR managers, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and client communication updates.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
