BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE [BDE] INTERIOR FIT-OUT PROJECTS

Sison J Luxury Interiors LLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. If you have a passion for interior design, strong client relationship skills, and experience managing projects from inquiry to execution, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the interior design and fit-out industry.
• Hands-on experience in kitchen and wardrobe solutions is mandatory.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and convert inquiries into successful projects.
• Strong understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and project costing.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored interior solutions.
• Build strong relationships with real estate agents and property handover teams.
• Prepare quotations and BOQs in coordination with the design and execution teams.
• Convert leads into projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Supervise ongoing projects and act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
