Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious, result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in the UAE recruitment and manpower industry. The candidate must have hands-on expertise in acquiring new clients for both blue-collar bulk manpower sourcing and white-collar corporate staffing requirements.

This role requires a proactive professional who can handle client acquisition, labor camp logistics, candidate deployment, and corporate staffing needs across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and secure new business contracts for both blue-collar bulk hiring and white-collar recruitment services across various UAE industries (construction, facilities, logistics, corporate sectors, etc..).
• Blue-Collar Management: Handle high-volume blue-collar staffing contracts, oversee candidate onboarding, and coordinate directly with labour camp management and site supervisors.
• White-Collar Recruitment: Manage client requirements for executive, technical, and administrative positions, ensuring proper candidate matching and service delivery.
• Contract & Relationship Management: Draft proposals, negotiate service agreements, and build long-term relationships with HR managers, project heads, and corporate decision-makers.
• Account Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal recruiters, and field teams to ensure smooth deployment and prompt problem resolution.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• UAE Industry Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven BDE/Sales experience within the UAE Recruitment or Manpower Outsourcing sector.
• Dual Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in handling both blue-collar bulk recruitment and white-collar corporate hiring.
• Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Operational Capability: Experience in client liaison, site visits, and dealing with labour camp operations.
• Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (Mandatory for client meetings and workforce management).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
