Business Development Executive

HSJB Business Consulting is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
• Identify and engage potential clients.
• Schedule meetings and support the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in business development are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in management consulting, corporate services, recruitment, HR consulting, business setup, or other service-based industries are preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Malayalam speakers preferred.
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa/Spouse Visa).

Salary: Competitive Salary + Attractive Incentives.
