Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support the company's growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Promote the company's financial products and services to individuals and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, events, and strategic outreach.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer experience.
• Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and business functions.
• Maintain accurate client records using the company's CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team business development targets while maintaining high professional standards.

Requirements

• UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, banking, financial services, or customer relationship management is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic organization.
