Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist for our Infrastructure Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the UAE infrastructure sector, with proven experience in managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should possess a thorough understanding of infrastructure projects, government and private sector procurement processes, and market trends in the UAE.

Major Products being : Traffic Signage, Road marking, Soil testing, Guard rail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the Infrastructure Division.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within infrastructure, construction, utilities, transportation, and related sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, government entities, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quotations, negotiations, contract finalization, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure projects in the UAE.
  • Collaborate with engineering, technical, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Participate in tenders, pre-qualification processes, and bid submissions.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence reports.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience in the infrastructure, construction, civil engineering, utilities, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network within the UAE infrastructure and construction industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and provide solution-based sales support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of UAE procurement, tendering, and project sales processes.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience dealing with government authorities, contractors, consultants, and infrastructure developers.
  • Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure products, construction materials, engineering services, or technical solutions.
  • Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen.

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
