B2B sales executive

B2B Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

Acquiring and managing corporate clients, including construction companies, general contractors, real estate developers, and industrial projects.

1. Client acquisition and business development

- Build a target list of companies in the region using verified databases, tender platforms, and public information on active construction projects

- Conduct cold calls and arrange meetings with key decision-makers (Directors, Procurement Managers, Chief Engineers)

- Visit construction sites to present products and negotiate contracts

2. Negotiation and deal management

- Prepare commercial offers and alternative material specifications (cost-effective or higher-quality substitutes)

- Negotiate individual terms: volume discounts, logistics solutions, loyalty programs

- Close long-term contracts (per project or seasonal agreements)

3. Key account management

- Maintain regular contact with existing clients through calls and meetings to ensure retention and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

- Resolve issues related to deliveries, returns, and product availability

- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and ongoing cooperation

4. Planning and reporting

- Achieve individual targets for revenue and gross margin

- Maintain client data and reporting in CRM/ERP systems

- Analyze lost deals and reasons for losing to competitors

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction materials sales in the UAE

- Fluent English

- Russian and Arabic language skills are an advantage

- Valid UAE driving license

Conditions

- Salary: AED 6,000 + KPI-based bonuses

- Corporate accommodation or allowance

- Petroleum allowance or corporate car

- 6 working days per week, field-based role (no fixed office)

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving license (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
