Sales Specialist – Interior Fit-Out

We are currently looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Specialist – Interior Fit-Out to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support business growth by generating leads, converting opportunities into sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's services across interior fit-out, exhibitions, and event solutions.

  • Support business growth by generating leads and converting inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Promote company services in exhibitions, interior fit-out, and event solutions
  • Build strong client relationships and support the sales team in achieving targets
  • Act as a key front-line representative of the company in the market

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and generate new business leads through calls, networking, and visits

2. Contact potential clients and present company services

3. Follow up on incoming inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities

4. Support Senior Sales Team in client meetings and presentations

5. Assist in preparing basic quotations and proposals

6. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure conversion

7. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects

8. Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for solutions

9. Provide updates on client feedback and market insights

10. Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM system

11. Track sales pipeline and update status regularly

12. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–4 years of sales experience (preferably in UAE market)
  • Experience in exhibitions, interiors, or events industry is an advantage
  • Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered
