
Business Development Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market and project sales process
- Existing network with consultants, contractors, architects, and developers is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out, joinery, and construction sectors
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
- Meet potential clients to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for proposals and quotations
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business development reports
- Negotiate contracts and close projects successfully
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the UAE
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings
- Ensure high client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships
