Business Development Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market and project sales process
  • Existing network with consultants, contractors, architects, and developers is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out, joinery, and construction sectors
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
  • Meet potential clients to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for proposals and quotations
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and business development reports
  • Negotiate contracts and close projects successfully
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the UAE
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships
