Business Development Manager

We are a luxury interior design company specializing in residential, corporate, and commercial interior projects across the UAE and KSA markets. We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong hands-on experience in the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry.

The ideal candidate should have a well-established network and strong client relationships within the UAE and KSA, including developers, contractors, consultants, architects, design houses, and high-net-worth clients. The candidate must be well known in the market and capable of building and maintaining long-term professional relationships.

The role requires expertise in business development, marketing, PR, and client relationship management. The candidate should be confident in conducting market visits, networking, and meeting key decision-makers to generate new business opportunities and bring in interior design and fit-out projects for the company.

The candidate must be result-oriented, highly connected, and capable of generating business independently on a commission-based structure, contributing directly to company growth and revenue.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior, architectural, and furniture sectors by actively exploring market trends and upcoming projects
• Generate qualified leads from developers, builders, contractors, consultants, and real estate project owners.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and design industry
• Convert leads into confirmed projects through effective follow-ups, negotiations, and client engagement
• Prepare, develop, and present detailed business proposals, quotations, and project pitches tailored to client requirements
• Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and market visits to strengthen business opportunities
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects and ensure continuous business growth
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project costing, design alignment, and timely proposal submission
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and project-based sales and revenue targets
• Ensure consistent follow-up on inquiries and maintain a high conversion ratio from leads to projects

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or furniture industry (UAE & KSA Market )
• Strong network with developers, contractors, consultants & architects
• Skilled in business development, client handling & project acquisition
• Ability to generate leads and close interior/fit-out projects independently

Salary: AED 8,000 + Attractive Commission
