Business Development Manager

Position: Business Development Manager – Home Automation

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads for smart home and home automation solutions.
  • Meet with homeowners, villa owners, property developers, interior designers, architects, and contractors.
  • Promote smart lighting, smart security, CCTV, access control, smart curtains, home networking, and integrated automation systems.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Build partnerships with real estate developers and construction companies.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Follow up with clients from inquiry to project completion.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of sales or business development experience.
  • Experience in home automation, smart home systems, security systems, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • UAE driving license is a plus.
  • Familiarity with brands such as TIS, KNX, Crestron, or Lutron is an advantage.
