Position: Business Development Manager – Home Automation
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads for smart home and home automation solutions.
- Meet with homeowners, villa owners, property developers, interior designers, architects, and contractors.
- Promote smart lighting, smart security, CCTV, access control, smart curtains, home networking, and integrated automation systems.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Build partnerships with real estate developers and construction companies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with clients from inquiry to project completion.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of sales or business development experience.
- Experience in home automation, smart home systems, security systems, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
- Familiarity with brands such as TIS, KNX, Crestron, or Lutron is an advantage.
