Business Development Manager - Technology & Marketing Division

Prime Ventures General Trading LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for its Technology & Marketing Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing business relationships, and generating revenue through the sale of digital marketing and technology solutions.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with an established network in the Middle East and a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling services including, but not limited to:

  • Digital Marketing
  • Social Media Management
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Performance Marketing
  • Google & Meta Advertising
  • Content Creation & Production
  • Branding & Corporate Identity
  • Website Design & Development
  • Mobile Application Design & Development
  • E-commerce Solutions
  • Marketing Automation & Business Technology Solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and secure clients across various industries.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to drive immediate sales opportunities.
  • Identify and approach prospective clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and business development activities.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports through CRM and internal reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Business Development or Sales experience in the Technology, Digital Marketing, Advertising, IT Services, or related sectors within the Middle East.
  • Existing client portfolio and strong professional network within the UAE and GCC market is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.

Compensation

  • Fixed Basic Salary.
  • Attractive Commission Structure based strictly on revenue generation and target achievement.

We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and possesses the ability to bring in business from day one. Candidates should have a strong network, a consultative sales approach, and the confidence to sell high-value technology and marketing solutions.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
