The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing business relationships, and generating revenue through the sale of digital marketing and technology solutions.This role is ideal for a sales professional with an established network in the Middle East and a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.Services PortfolioThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling services including, but not limited to:<ul><li>Digital Marketing</li><li>Social Media Management</li><li>Search Engine Optimization (SEO)</li><li>Performance Marketing</li><li>Google &amp; Meta Advertising</li><li>Content Creation &amp; Production</li><li>Branding &amp; Corporate Identity</li><li>Website Design &amp; Development</li><li>Mobile Application Design &amp; Development</li><li>E-commerce Solutions</li><li>Marketing Automation &amp; Business Technology Solutions</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate new business opportunities and secure clients across various industries.</li><li>Leverage existing client relationships to drive immediate sales opportunities.</li><li>Identify and approach prospective clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and business development activities.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.</li><li>Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.</li><li>Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports through CRM and internal reporting systems.</li><li>Collaborate with internal marketing and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of Business Development or Sales experience in the Technology, Digital Marketing, Advertising, IT Services, or related sectors within the Middle East.</li><li>Existing client portfolio and strong professional network within the UAE and GCC market is highly preferred.</li><li>Proven ability to generate new business and achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing and technology solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.</li><li>UAE driving license is preferred.</li><li>Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Fixed Basic Salary.</li><li>Attractive Commission Structure based strictly on revenue generation and target achievement.</li><li>Visa and benefits as per UAE Labour Law.</li><li>Unlimited earning potential for high-performing candidates.</li></ul>Preferred Candidate ProfileWe are looking for an ambitious, target-driven sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and possesses the ability to bring in business from day one.
