Prime Ventures General Trading LLC is seeking a dedicated and organized Accountant cum Receptionist to join our team for immediate employment. The ideal candidate should have experience in basic accounting functions, VAT filing, and front-desk administration. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Spouse Visa or Sponsored Visa who are available for immediate joining.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Duties<ul><li>Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping activities.</li><li>Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense entries.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li><li>Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation.</li><li>Handle VAT calculations, filing, and compliance in accordance with UAE regulations.</li><li>Work on the Zoho Accounting Platform for daily accounting operations.</li><li>Coordinate with management and external auditors when required.</li></ul>Reception &amp; Administrative Duties<ul><li>Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally.</li><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.</li><li>Handle courier services, office correspondence, and filing.</li><li>Maintain office records and administrative documents.</li><li>Support management with general administrative tasks.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting Platform.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and VAT filing procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently.</li><li>Spouse Visa / Sponsored Visa holders preferred.</li><li>Available for immediate joining.</li></ul>Working Hours<ul><li>Monday to Saturday</li><li>9:00 AM to 6:00 PM</li></ul>Job Type<ul><li>Full-time</li></ul>Location<ul><li>Al Qusais Industrial Area 4, Dubai</li></ul>If you meet the above requirements and are looking to grow with a dynamic trading company, we encourage you to apply.Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Experience in Zoho books?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
