Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help drive impactful retail campaigns across our store network. This role plays a key part in executing our retail marketing initiatives, managing campaign materials, planning community-driven activations, and ensuring the smooth administration of all campaign-related activities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and passionate about consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Campaign Execution:
• Manage the development, adaptation, and timely rollout of weekly/monthly store leaflets and other point-of-sale materials across retail locations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (category managers, merchandising, design, suppliers, etc.) to ensure accurate content, pricing, and product visibility in all communication.
Community & Activation Planning:
• Develop and execute local activation plans to engage store communities and boost footfall.
• Coordinate with mall partners, schools, and local organizations for in-store and out-of-store activations.
• Track performance and ROI of each activation.
Consumer Engagement:
• Support and implement strategies that drive customer interest and interaction , both in-store and within the local community.
• Work closely with digital and social teams to ensure 360° integration of campaigns.
Campaign Administration:
• Lead project timelines, budgeting, vendor coordination , and reporting for retail campaigns.
• Maintain trackers, campaign calendars, and filing systems to ensure marketing operations run smoothly.
• Support procurement and finance with necessary documentation (POs, contracts, etc.).
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Arabic Speaker is a MUST
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail or FMCG environments.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, creative and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability in PowerPoint and Excel is a must.
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with local communities and event planning is a plus.
