Job Overview:
The Marketing Campaigns Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing effective marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, with the ability to collaborate with sales and creative teams to deliver successful campaigns that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email marketing, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Develop targeted campaigns aimed at driving leads, increasing conversions, and supporting business growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution of campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital marketing analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve strategies and maximize ROI.
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure campaigns remain innovative and competitive.
- Prepare detailed performance reports for key stakeholders, highlighting campaign results, trends, and opportunities for future improvement.
- Ensure all campaigns align with PSI Abu Dhabi's overall business objectives and brand guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.) to track and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and design teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex campaign data in a clear and actionable manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a marketing campaigns role, ideally within the UAE or Middle East region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
