The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily mechanical installation and maintenance activities, ensuring that work is performed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, supervising the mechanical team, coordinating with subcontractors, and reporting any issues or delays to project management to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as mechanical supervisor or a related role
• Knowledge in mechanical and construction codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Prior experience in KNPC projects is an advantage
• Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical installation, maintenance, and testing activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the mechanical team, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep mechanical work on schedule.
• Ensure all mechanical systems and equipment meet regulatory requirements and quality control standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the mechanical team, troubleshooting issues and resolving challenges.
• Report project status, issues, and progress to project management, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.
