Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review MEP system designs and layout drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with architectural and structural elements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Support project managers and engineers in the planning and execution of construction projects.
• Participate in site inspections and resolve technical issues during implementation phases.
• Collaborate with contractors and consultants to ensure proper integration of MEP systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
• Proven experience in MEP design and coordination, ideally within the construction or building services industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP-specific design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and MEP standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
