1. Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Relevant Certifications (Preferred):

o SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP Business One

o Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

o CompTIA Network+ or Security+

o ITIL Certification (for IT service management)

o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) – for security-focused roles would be plus

2. Technical Skills

Networking & Infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and firewall configurations.

• Experience with network security & access control to protect SAP B1 databases.

• Configuration & management of routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).

• Routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and network monitoring tools.

• Firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).

• Wi-Fi configurations, security protocols (WPA2, WPA3), access point management.
