We are looking for Network Support Engineer. We provide 24x7 support to more than 1000 on-premises & remote users. Our network has more than 1500+ network nodes that are connected through multiple junctions point with fiber optic cable, using multi-vendor technologies like Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik, Sophos

Technical Requirements

• Working knowledge of networking technologies such as LAN, Internet, wireless and IP telephony.
• Configuration & Troubleshooting skills related to routing, switching and security equipment e.g., switches, firewalls.
• Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades.
• Undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources.
• Securing network system by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access.
• Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks.
• Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information and lead projects.
• Remote support of on-site engineers and end users.
• Remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur.
• Liaising with project management team, Help-Desk team on a regular basis.
• Incident/Problem escalation to the up-level team and follow the defined process.
