Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Online O-Level Teacher to teach Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to students in a virtual classroom environment. The ideal candidate must have prior on-site teaching experience in a recognized school or college, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for teaching and the ability to engage students online is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver online lessons for O-Level students in accordance with the Cambridge or Edexcel curriculum.
• Use interactive tools and platforms to create engaging and effective online learning experiences.
• Prepare and share lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, and assignments regularly.
• Monitor student performance and provide timely feedback and academic support.
• Conduct assessments and mock exams to track student progress and prepare them for final exams.
• Maintain student attendance, participation, and performance records.
• Coordinate with academic coordinators and parents when required.
• Stay updated with curriculum changes and online teaching best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject (Science / Mathematics / Education).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching O-Level subjects in a reputable school or college (on-site).
• Proven experience in teaching online or willingness to adapt to digital platforms.
• Familiarity with Cambridge/Edexcel O-Level syllabus.
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified and student-friendly manner.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience with online content creation (videos, presentations, etc.)
• Ability to teach across multiple subjects at O-Level.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs2.00 per month
