Nature of work - Full time and Remote

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research Work - Conduct thorough research to identify the most recent key amendments in UAE laws and regulations pertaining to the employment of Emiratis and Expats in the UAE from the following sources: Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), National Program for Emiratisation (NAFIS), General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA)
• Translation and Government Liaison Work - Arabic document translation. Liaising with government authorities for legal matters.
• Online work - Get customers to write and submit positive reviews and 5-star ratings for the company on a weekly basis.
• Customer Relationship - Meet customers / buyers whose payment are outstanding and ask them to make the payment on time. Make good relationship with customers / buyers
• Administrative Work - Support HR and Admin on routine work related to filing, recruitment, and documentation.
• Sales Support - Attending the customers whether its walk-in or through phone calls or whatsapp.
