Operations & Customer Support Executives
to support our
Dubizzle KSA
operations. This role is primarily responsible for managing ad postings while ensuring seamless communication with Arabic-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities

Ad Posting Management: Accurately handle ad postings for Dubizzle KSA, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.

Client Communication: Engage with Arabic and English-speaking clients via email, chat, and calls to provide assistance and resolve queries.

Customer Support: Address customer inquiries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of client interactions for future reference.

Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to streamline operational workflows.
Requirements
Must-Have:

Fluency in Arabic (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) – Essential for seamless client communication.

Proficiency in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).

Strong communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Good-to-Have
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
✔️ Experience with
Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
